Refund Policy

    Introduction

    We respect your desire to seek satisfaction on the quality of our products and services. However, since we deal with digital products and services, certain limitations apply for refunds.

     

    1. Digital Products

    No Refunds for Digital Products

    Our themes, plugins, and other digital products are downloadable and accessible immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds after the product has been delivered, except under certain circumstances in which the product is proven to be defective and we are unable to fix.

    Defective Products

    If you encounter major issue in our digital product that support cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a refund. Please notify us with details of the issue so that we can decide on the situation. Refunds issued are based on our decision, based on the severity and if it cannot be resolved.

     

    2. Services
    Custom Services
    We will cancel or refund an order only if the project has not started yet or on failure by IT Web Agency to offer the agreed-upon services for other customized services, like web development and digital marketing, among others.

     

    If you want to cancel a project when work is underway, we will refund based on the level of work done. We also have the right to retain fees for the amount of work that already exists.

     

    Termination by Us
    In case IT Web Agency terminates the contract due to unavoidable reasons. You will be refunded full or a partial amount depending upon the work done till the contract is terminated.

     

    3. Refund Request
    To ask for a refund, you should email us at [email protected] attaching your order details and detailed description of the issue. All refund requests are examined and you will have a response from us within 5-7 business days.

     

    4. Chargebacks
    If you request a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve your issue, we reserve the right to dispute against the chargeback and to suspend access to our products and services.

     

    5. Changes to the Refund Policy
    We can modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes published on this page will be effective immediately after publication, and your further use of our services will be considered to be your acceptance of such changes.
